Minor correction, these are articulate idiots, just BUSY killing their valuable time arguing among themselves. Why bother them, let them be engaged in a very important discussion. Some of the posts are as idiotic and over-board as The Mad Show.
Is USCIS doesn't give a damn about educational credentials why do they they have EB2 category for Aliens with Advanced Degree, EB1 category for Aliens with Ph.D, Uncapped H1 for Aliens with US degrees etc..
Even Canadian point based Immigration system assigns more points for aliens with advanced degrees.

Republicans love the people with money i.e. large employers. Publicly, most Republicans hate everything under the sun. Privately, they would want to love you if you are a gay. These are bunch of idealogs to oppose abortion & gun control, unless you can show them some green and then they will be your best friends. Republicans think God is scared of Gun lobby so God is on their side.
Democrats is the name of another group of idiots. They don�t know what they should do when in spite of all their efforts to not get elected; they are thrown into the Congress as the Majority party. One thing Democrats are good at, they know how to give up majority in the Congress. Publicly, Democrats would pretend that they care for the poor. Privately, they too would want to love you if you are a gay. These are another bunch of idealogs, who, privately, would work day-and-night for the very poor and under-privileged group of people, unless you can show them some green and then they will be your best friends. Democrats think God is scared of US Chamber of commerce, so they only support illegal immigration.
Now, most people in EB backlogs are neither very rich company/big business owners nor the EB applicants are very poor. And to add to that, last time I checked, most EB applicants are not gay, unless the recent poll numbers would suggest otherwise. So how in the world do we expect to get our issues fixed if we are neither rich business owners, can�t pretend to be very poor nor are we gay? I think we are toast�.
As far as EB-1, 2 & 3 is concerned, these categories are created so that some people, as seen on this forum, could just stroke their egos thinking that they are better than others around them. If you read my any previous posts and to repeat, there will be no issue to contribute from me or most of us here. We need an action item. Anyone with minimum common knowledge here sees there is no change in dates for the last 6 months, or even last few years. You seem to be a strong supporter of contributions, can you list one action item which we planned to take up in the last or in near future that addresses our concerns of backlogs. Now dont come back and tell me or send me a picture of July 07 campaign or your 12th grade or 10th grade marksheet. We need to be doing things of our interest EVERY single day. I do my job very good.. I know.. but I have to keep doing it everyday if I have to keep it. Similarly unless you put continuous efforts, you wont get continuous results.

I have paid SSN for many years now even I have received a letter about 3 months back stating I am eligible for cetain Social Security benefits .. and how many points I have accumulated so far.
Every month I pay this amount towards SSN. After paying SSN for many years, I still stand no privillege of early Green card, I am still stuck in Green card process.
I am sure there will be many people like me.
I also hate loosing SS Taxes. I mean we dont have any security in this country. We get 60 days to pack up if we loose our jobs and then they collect SS taxes from us. This is insane and a gross abuse of people on H1B. I think we are equally to blame to continue taking the abuse as the abusers. I fully support the clause that Green Card/Naturalization is a priveldge and not a right, but robbing me out of my money is not. I do support filing a lawsuit against this fully. I am sure if we pull one years worth of our SS taxes, then we can pay for this suit. We might win or loose but least we will have peace of mind that we faught for the right cause.

It is surprising (rather shocking) to see how a discussion on an EB bill (which might never see the light of day anyway) has degenerated into an oft-repeated rant on how IV does not represent EB3.
When I meet with my lawmaker's office (and when I again meet in Feb), I repeat the IV provisions which are for ALL EB and not any specific category/country. THe problem with EB3 is the with the way the EB system/inventory is set-up. It is stupid to convert a chronic issue into a "IV is not trying" debate. As always, we have lots of armchair critics and few grass-roots workers.

To believe a person needs to feel that they are working for a cause that will impact their situation. Sadly this is missing and that is why EB3 people are cool about the whole meet the law maker process

Chintu is covering lots of things here, but the on;y thing I would like to add is learning about macro economics... that will help you spot major trends in the market... Also, apart from regular stocks there are double and triple long and inverse etfs... For eg FAS and FAZ... These are triple long and short etfs for the financial sector. These are leveraged three times, which means these are on full dose of steroids... If market goes up 10% these go up 30% and vice versa... so you can make or lose a lot of money in a very short time... Happy trading!

I have created a letter template (linked below), I have a couple questions that I have put in the comments so you guys can provide some input.
I am going to create another template that you can use to fill in your name and other related information (naidu2543 brought up a good point and I am somewhat skeptical on adding the case number. Admins, any input?). I think we should all have hand-written signature (not typed) in that letter.
I am going to provide a fax number and email address, where each one of you can send the signed sheet.
I think there should be a benchmark for the signature, before we can send it out. From the polls, I see 69 people said that they would support the initiative, I think its reasonable to expect at least 65 people will send their signatures, before we can send the letter out.

i am working directly to the client, it's very big company and my immigration people told me it's randomly pickup one no need to worry.
i asked them is there any time frame and they mentioned no set of time frame for audit cases

I filed the online application for EAD renewal on May 3rd and required documents were sent to Phoenix drop box on May 6th. I paid the fees using a credit card. The EAD application was returned on May 15th. Reason a signature is not contained in the signature box of the application or petition. A signature in the "Signature of person preparing form, if other than above" block is not a valid signature for this purpose. Please sign and resubmit the application with the appropriate fees. How do you sign a online application? Did I do something wrong here? The EAD application which I received back from USICS is the applicant copy. Should I sign on the applicant copy or reprint a new completed EAD form. For the fees should I just submit the previous document showing fees paid through credit card.
Any response will be appreciated.
