Is this still valid procedure to get the Interim EAD ? Our EAD expires on OCT-14 and 90 days completes on OCT 7th.

Hi,

The doctor I went for Medical exam, he is not placing the 693 and supplement to 693 in the sealed cover. He is using his own form that I filled when I first went there and placing that form in the sealed cover.

Please suggest will INS accept any form other then 693?

I want to make sure what are the forms that need to be in sealed cover before I argue with the doctor.

I appreciate for your inputs.

I am happy to report that the USCIS has approved the P-1B visa application that I filed on behalf of Superman is Dead (http://www.supermanisdead.net/), an Indonesian band, that will be appearing on Warped Tour �09 (http://www.warpedtour.com/warpedtour/index.asp).

Immi Gurus,

My wife is planning to go to India this month.. Her H-4 expires on Jan 31st...
My H-1 also expires on Jan31st and I am applying for my H-1 extension..
But we don't have the AP approved yet, we have the receipts of AP and 485.
Can she go to India and come back with the AP after her AP is approved (I will mail it to India.)?????

Please Advice, If this would abandon her AOS.

I got an email from USCIS saying my I-485 case is now transferred to National Benefits Centre and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.
I am travelling to India currently and plan to re-enter on AP.

I wanted to know if
1. anyone has any ideas as to what this really means, anyone received similar email, experiences?
My priority date is not current so are they pre-adjudicating my case or planning to send a RFE??

2. Should I take any specific steps while re-entering on AP?

I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.

My details:

India/EB3/PD:Sep2003/I140 Approved.
I485/EAD/AP: Recevied July 28

I completed FP appointment last week (Wednesday), but LUD has not changed since then.

Also EAD status changed twice (before undergoing FP) it said Card Production Ordered. Today it changed to Approval Notice sent.

Questions:

1. Is there any relation between FP and EAD ? (e.g. Prints appear on EAD etc)
2. Is that the right sequence in change of status:
"Card Production Ordered" followed by "Approval Notice Sent".
